Symptom
On testing max-lsa config option with ACI (l+ 72 - 16.0(1.72)]), observe the following behavior.
In apic, max-lsa is configured as 100, LSA threshold ? 80%, LSA Maximum action - Reject is configured
1. When ospfv2 session is established between ACI and ixia, and 105 (type 3 LSAs) is advertised from ixia observe that ospf neighborship stays in ?Loading? state and never goes down. Please find show outputs related to case1 attached
2. When ospfv2 session is established between ACI and ixia, and 90 LSAs are advertised from ixia, ospf neighborship goes to FULL state. Now on incrementing LSAs by another 15 count, neighborship again stays at FULL and never goes down.
Applicable to OSPFv3 also.
Conditions
1. Non self generated lsa must be greater than configured max lsa
2. LSA Maximum action - Reject is configured
