Symptom
The USB Console port shut down (after reboot) due to inactivity, although the usb-inactivity timeout parameters are not set:

Jun 1 10:02:50.783: Received close session due to USB console disconnection
Jun 1 10:02:50.783: Stdio or stdio->csb is NULL !!!!
Jun 1 10:02:54.014: %NGWC_USB_CONSOLE-6-CONFIG_DISABLE: Switch 1: Console media-type forced to RJ45
After that, it's impossible to connect and access via USB Console port.
Conditions
during ISSU when we have any SB FPGA upgrade(especially cases where we have power cycle during ISSU)
Workaround
1. manually disconnect and reconnect the cable.
or
2. restart the Console-Servers
Further Problem Description
USB console port is in use (not RJ45).
Other power cycle cases are not possible to address as it will depend on third party applications.
