Symptom

static default route with dialer interface gets lost after pppoe session flaps when configured with "dialer down-with-vInterface"

Conditions

dialer interface gets configured with "dialer down-with-vInterface", and pppoe session flaps will result in static route not able to recover in route-table.

Workaround

Disable "dialer down-with-vInterface" from dialer or using "ppp ipcp route default" as default route.
