Changing the default Authentication Template from 'No Authentication' to 'Open Authentication' at a Fabric Site.
Further Problem Description
The system report generated after the crash contains a core file for the session manager daemon (sessmgrd). Some may also contain publishing daemon core files (pubd), in addition to session manager.
