Symptom
Device CLI ( IOS XE) , is allowing to configure bandwidth remaining ratio value from 1-65536. However, as per the documents the Ratio Value should be between 1 - 1000.

Once this is configured above the threshold ie.,1000, following logs generated by the system and policy will failed to gets installed.

bandwidth remaining ratio must be between 1 and 1000 for this interface
Conditions
The issue is seen once the IOS XE platforms
Workaround
Limit the value of bandwidth remaining ratio between 1-1000 in order to have policy installed
