Symptom
When selecting the "deploy" page, only following is seen:

Further investigation will show that the number of "active: 1" sensors for the sensor table in both sybase and mysql differ, with sybase sensor table containing fewer "active: 1" sensors.
Conditions
After registering a new sensor the deployment page is not available due to the broken sync between the two databases.
