Symptom

ISE 3.1 (or other ISE versions) with RADIUS server sequence and mapped in the policy set. Error message in live logs: 15022 Could not find selected Access Service

Conditions

RADIUS server sequence already configured and it was working before the upgrade/patch installation ( could be other activities)

Workaround

create a brand new sequence configuration and map it instead of the old one.
