The following symptoms have been observed when this issue is encountered: 1. High CPU utilization in the 'show cpu' output despite 'show cpu core' showing a low amount of utilization 2. Stack memory allocation errors in the console 3. Inability to SSH to the device 4. SNMP polling fails
1. This seems to occur even when under relatively low traffic load after period of uptime (3-4 weeks but still under investigation) 2. Issue has been seen after upgrading ASAv from 9.14(2)4 to 9.14(3)18 and has also been hit on 9.16(3)15
Rebooting the device resolves the issue temporarily.
