Symptom
Presumably after upgrading ACI, Fault F1451 or F0411 is seen on Leaf Switches within APIC GUI.
From the Leaf CLI issuing "show environment" may show some PSUs with "shut" or "fail" status.
Conditions
Not confirmed yet, but likely issue has appeared after the upgrade
Further Problem Description
PSU poll ends up in NACK from psu controller periodically causing SW to move PSU state as shut even though PSU is fully functional. RMA unit to perform FA and root cause periodic intermittent failure.
