Symptom

1. ISE services don't come up. The ISE command line interface (CLI) command "application start ise" shows the following error. #application start ise % Error: ISE Integrity Check Failed! One or more ISE program files appears to % be tampered with. Check system log for specific error(s). % Application failed to start 2. Conditions

The ISE Administration web application Enable TAC Support was disabled by unchecking the "TAC Support Cases" checkbox. Menu: Administration > System > Settings Left-Side Navigation: Enable TAC Support Cases

rollback patch 3 or install p4
