Symptom
APC continuously corrects channels in steady state condition. This brings to channel instability more than 0.5 dB in the current set up. In longer set up power instability can be larger and have detrimental effects on the traffic.
Conditions
The problem can be serius in longer linear network, with many cascated ROADMs and ILAs.
