Symptom
Weight of an interfcae is not reflected properly in the RIB table in case of bandwidh cange.
Conditions
when the bandwidth notification comes interface should be in disable state.
Workaround
config/unconfig interface from ospf should solve the problem.
Further Problem Description
this is introduced in 752 so 752 and 761 should have this problem.
