Symptom
9800-L loses CDP neighbor information from its switch, and APs' CAPWAP connections drop.
Conditions
Seen with a 9800-L's TwoGigabit ports, when connected to a 9300 series switch, when under heavy load.
Workaround
None, other than rebooting the 9800.
Further Problem Description
This bug is fixed not in IOS-XE, but in the Ethernet PHY code in HW Programmables relase 17.11.1.
