Symptom
IOSd console Hangs. User is not able to Login. Only traffic on the Management Interface flows, rest of the traffic is not forwarded.
Conditions
Serial interface SPA-8XCHT1/E1-V2, containing encapsulation frame relay MFR configuration
Workaround
Add encapsulation frame relay MFR configurations once the router reboots. However router will not come back up if it reboots unexpectedly with the encapsulation frame relay MFR configurations saved.
It is observed on 16.9.X releases but is not observed on 17.3.X releases.
