Symptom
MNT log processor service is running on non-mnt node

Observed randomly
Workaround
Reloading the ISE node brings back the mnt log processor service to Disabled state as it should be.
Further Problem Description
TAC needs to check ADE log, ise-psc, catalina.out files when the mnt-log processor starts and look for process which might have started the service.
