Symptom
Configuring TID feed and the feed is stuck in parsing
Conditions
Using TID and configuring a new feed, or updating an old feed.
Workaround
Please contact TAC. Work around re-initializes the TID database only.
Further Problem Description
In the backend there is an invalid message stuck in parsing one of the feeds, the feed parser throws an error and requeues it to be parsed again.
