Symptom
When running an admin-tech on an IOS-XE device which is on 17.6 code, the tech files may be incomplete with an error such as below.

DEBUG item does not exist - User sess doesn't exist
Failed to attach: item does not exist - User sess doesn't exist
Conditions
1. IOS-XE SDWAN device is running 17.6 code.
2. Admin-tech vdaemon tech file is showing incomplete with errors for each command being run.
Workaround
At this time there is no workaround. Please open a TAC case for further investigation.
