Symptom
* interface goes down
* at this point "output discards" briefly increase on multiple interfaces belonging to the same ASIC slice

* this issue is related to nexus 9300 GX and GX2 platforms

Further Problem Description
The drops increase in burst lasting less than 1sec.
The drops can possibly affect all interfaces on the same ASIC slice.
You can check which interfaces belong to the same slice using "show interface hardware-mapping" command
