Symptom
in 7.3.4 version we are observing that bank 0 is always showing in OOR RED state and customer would panic by seeing OOR RED.
Conditions
at default customer config, even without any route advertisement ,OOR RED is seen.
Further Problem Description
Any OOR state of Red is not expected. I’d suggest to open a cosmetic ddts to either:
a) suppress it from the output if it’s reserved
b) or change the Red state to reserved
