Static WGB client is not moving to run state in controller
Conditions
Always with static WGB client
Workaround
Only when pinging the WGB from WLC, then it goes to RUN State.
We have the WGB and the wired clients using static IPs from the same subnet, when the WGB connects to the WLC but we can see that the WGB is stuck in IP Learn state. Only when the WGB is pinged from WLC, then it goes to RUN State.
Adding a Static ARP entry to WGB is also not working out
