Symptom

Topology: WLC(C9800) Switch AP ~~~~~ WGB WGB failing to learn IPv6 IP from DHCP pool. Upon packet analysis found that WLC sending unicast NS frame back to WGB. This is not seen in working scenario. Issue started happening after CSCvz38160
