Symptom

After restoring ISE 2.2 backup on ISE 2.7 patch 3 specifically, you are not going to be able to see the Health Check start button. You can try to open the Health Check section (Administration > System > Health Checks) from whatever browser, and you will see the same unexpected behavior. If you try in Chrome with the developers tool open, you will see the following error: "GET https:///admin/rs/uiapi/healthchec JavaScriptServlet:160 k/healthcheckjsonresponse 500"

Conditions

+ Restore ISE 2.2 backup on ISE 2.7 patch 3. + Not able to see the Health Check button to start. + Following error in developers tool from Chrome:"GET https:///admin/rs/uiapi/healthchec JavaScriptServlet:160 k/healthcheckjsonresponse 500" + Table UPSHEALTHCHECKREPORT missed from PAN DB.

Workaround

We have two options to resolve this issue: 1- If you are already in patch 4 and you came from patch 3, where you restored the 2.2 backup, just uninstall P4,P3 and install P4 again. Then, restore the 2.2 backup in patch 4 to fix the issue. (Recommended) 2- Contact TAC.
