Have NCS5XXX router. Configure BGP PIC EDGE under "router bgp". Configure "hw-module fib mpls bgp-sr lsr-optimized" Make sure there are routes learnt have 1 primary path and 1 backup path.

Workaround

Remove config CLI - "hw-mod fib mpls bgp-sr lsr-optimized"
