Symptom
On L3 DCI router (MPLS VPN-to-EVPN stitching): "remove-private-AS" doesn't work for EVPN Type-5 route advertised to EVPN Leaf.

ASR9K or DNX XR platform: On L3 DCI router (MPLS VPN-to-EVPN stitching): configured in the neighbor wiith "address-family l2vpn evpn advertise vpnv4 unicast re-originated stitching-rt"
