Symptom
When trying to create more than one FXO port for gateway voice card UI is stuck and the Add fails.
Conditions
Try to add more than one FXO port to the voice card feature template, which creating the second port UI appears to be stuck. However copy of the existing port works.
Further Problem Description
Can add only one FXO port for the Voice Card. Addition of second port fails with no error/warning in the UI. Page appears to be stuck.
