Symptom

In ISE 3.0, Start a TCPDUMP capture by going to Operations > Troubleshoot > Diagnostics Tools > TCPDUMP Start a TCPDUMP with Time Limit > 60 mins. Let the TCPDUMP timer expire. In some instances the capture does not transition to completed state automatically.

In ISE 3.0, Start a TCPDUMP capture by going to Operations > Troubleshoot > Diagnostics Tools > TCPDUMP Start a TCPDUMP with Time Limit > 60 mins. Let the TCPDUMP timer expire. In some instances the capture does not transition to completed state automatically. - Selecting the Capture and Clicking on Refresh does not transition the capture to completed. / stop state. - Selection of the capture makes "Start" / "Stop" options un-clickable.

Workaround

None from GUI at this time. Requires SQL queries from root to transition the capture to error state.
