Symptom
When an interface with IPv6 address is cnfigured with 0 preferred life time AND a new ipv6 address is learnt on cEdge, the new ipv6 address is not used. The old ipv6 address is used.
Conditions
IPv6 is enabled on interfaces and preferred life time is changed.
Then new IPv6 addressed is learnt via RA. The issue is seen only when 2 IPv6 addresses are configured.
Workaround
flapping the interface will start using the new IPv6 address.

This is specific issue seen when preferred life time is 0.
