Symptom
Wireless clients experience incomplete associations while trying to connect to AP or don't get a response at all.
The following error messages are seen in the AP log buffer or syslogs:
CS8404315 wlc_txq_watchdog: data block time > 15 datablock=0x8 TXPKT=1 Block Frames 0 dt X
TX STUCK macdump_ready 1 dt X
>>
wl0: fatal error, reinitializing, total count of reinit's[X]

APs serving wireless clients
Workaround
Rebooting the AP clears the issue from several hours to days.
