Symptom
The ip sla for ipv6 does not wait the 60 seconds before coming up.
Conditions
Customer deployed IP SLAs with a wait time of 60 seconds to allow all EIGRP neighbors to negotiate before becoming active.
On the edge switches the IPv4 IP SLAs worked as expected, but the IPv6 IP SLAs do not. They become active as soon as the IP address they are monitoring reappears in the routing table.
