Symptom
Slow transfer rates observed when using SCP for file transfer (upload and download) on IR1100 using cellular interface. The speed ranges from 500-1000kbps.
- Download speed when connecting laptop and using IR as gateway for internet access is ~30Mbps.
- bi-directional iperf test done on the router (as client) observes bit rate of 12Mbps.
- file transfer using ethernet link shows speed of 7-12Mbps.
Conditions
the issue is seen particularly for SCP traffic so far.
