Symptom

Traffic loss for the traffic steered over SR-TE policy for a duration of twice the Install(Reopt) timer.

Conditions

All egress paths of current active CP of a SR-TE policy goes down and the first SID of the active CP converges to a new set of egress path.

Workaround

Configure install timer to 0 secs to minimize traffic loss.
