bfd session failure on edge device

Symptom

BFD session may stuck down on cEdge device under certain conditions. SA ID for affected session is zero under "show platform software sdwan session" command. IPSec encap/decap is growing for respective IPSec.

Conditions

Typically by use of command "clear sdwan omp all" on cEdge device. Sometimes as racing conditions between IPSec / bfd session refresh info.

Workaround

When it happens, issue command "clear sdwan control connections" from the same cedge would bring back the BFD sessions that are down.
