Symptom
The following errors are seen when snmp is used in the FTD:

Conditions
The issue is seen with below specifications-
(Model: 4110)
Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.14(2)155
SSP Operating System Version 2.8(1.164)
Cisco Firepower 4110 Threat Defense (76) Version 6.6.4 (Build 59)
Workaround
Disable snmpd process under pmtool-
pmtool disablebyid snmpd
Further Problem Description
We have seen issues where the SNMP process was not working. It showed "unable to honor this command" when we try to see SNMP statistics.
Under FTD troubleshoot, we could see that the snmpd process is running under pmtool. We could not establish who started/spawned this process however there should be a fix to block snmpd running under pmtool. FTD doesn’t need it, and its presence prevents Lina’s snmp engine to start.
