Conditions

VRRP IPv6 configuration and ipv6 ND DAD is disabled on BVI interface. BVI interface flap. It is a day one issue and affects all IOS-XR platforms

Workaround

Enabling ipv6 ND DAD should reduce the chance of the crash.
