Symptom
When there is any cloud account is not setup, then the Dashboard -> Multicloud, dashlet for the respective cloud account doesn't show any title.

Further Problem Description
The issue is minor as its not showing the title only for the accounts that are not setup in that vManage.
But it has been fixed from 20.7 when the Dashboards are migrated to UX 2.0.
