Symptom
The peer is configed with port channel lacp ,but Cat3850 is default config.
when the Cat3850 reload, if we input the "no" config a few minutes later after the
bellow message output, will find port channel config added
automatically after 3850 reload.

input the "no" immediately after the the bellow message output.
