Symptom
When dual rate optics SFP-10/25G-LR-S or SFP-10/25G-CSR-S is inserted in SFP+/SFP28 ports on A9K-4HG-FLEX-TR or SE/ A99-4HG-FLEX-TR or SE /A9903-8HG-PEC & ASR-9902, continuous interface flaps is seen or configured rate is not detected on dual rate optics.
Conditions
10G or 25G optics replaced with dual rate 10/25G optics or vice versa.
Workaround
Restart LC VM using below command in XR
reload location 0//CPU0
This will impact traffic on all ports on the line card that is reloaded.
