Symptom

Catalyst 3K (Cat3K) switch may crash intermittently on 16.12.5b. Trigger:- Software upgrade to 16.12.5b, after which we see the standby switch reload unexpectedly due to "EHSA standby down".

Conditions

Software upgrade to 16.12.5b.

Workaround

The issue encountered in CSCvz19153 is resolved in 16.12.7 and later versions of code.
