Symptom

## packets from client gets dropped by Edge and does not go out on the uplink towards Border ## happens to random VN on the edge ## packets instead of going through the hardware, gets punted to the ## Elam shows Cpu Q in the output for this traffic

Conditions

## Seen on 9300 Edge devices connecting IOT devices ## 9300 running 17.3.2a ## multiple VN's but issue happens to a particular VN ## mostly happens after a reboot/power cycle of the switch

Workaround

## Reconfigure the Lisp instance ID again ## reprovision the switch
