vManage needs add the ISR1100 as ISR1100X 4G (Cisco OS)
Symptom
vManage running 20.5.1
ISR1100 running 17.4.1a
Conditions
New ISR1100 is added to vMannage with IOS XE software
Workaround
We can convert the device from Viptela OS to Cisco OS by executing the API call below under Apidocs under device inventory
PUT dataservice/system/device/migrateDevice/{uuid}
Further Problem Description
ISR1100 is running IOS XE but after synchronize smart account, vmanage is adding ISR1100 as Viptela OS
