Symptom

Multicast Services using Multicast Direct. Some clients requesting access to the service will not receive the first part of the communication until RRC completes the calculation to allow the access to the stream. This is particular impactful on Voice-Critical Deployments with hundreds of endpoints requesting access to the stream at the same time. Some will lose the first part of the broadcasted message.

SSID using Multicast Direct Feature

Workaround

Use normal Multicast forwarding over the Air to avoid RRC calculation delays.
