Symptom
We see high utilization in QFP DRAM, being it allocated mostly by CVLA component, and we need to reserve at least 50M memory to system making it stable; Refer to below outputs.

Platform with 256MB exmem memory ( and while CVLA consumes all the memory and leave only 25MB.ex

Workaround
Wait will CVLA release the memory back to exmem
