After analysis it seems it occurs due to roaming of session from one VLAN to another followed by Init-Reboot.

After ~20 hours of upgrade from 16.9.5 ESR17 --> v17.3.3 last night. ASR1002hx got reboot due to crash observed

No Workaround . Customer rolled back to 16.9.5 ES17 for time being.

Analysed by dev team that init reboot or Discover with option 50 triggers MAC query which results into this crash.
