Symptom
For perpetual licenses with offline mode, we need only one time reporting in 365 days and after that
further reporting not needed, if we don’t have any change in license status.
But, after reporting, the value of "Next ACK deadline" in show license all
shows we still need next ack in 1 year later.

Please note this currently has no functional import. It's mostly a display issue. For customer that uses the offline model, there is usually an agreement with account team on the reporting frequency. It is not practical to ask the customer to update reports base on individual device up time. It's more reasonable to have an agreement to report at a set frequency that's not related to device up time.
