Symptom

Having a track object configured under VRRP to decrement the priority When the track does down it decrements the vrrp priority twice and also once it comes back up, the priority is not restored as expected.

Conditions

Any device running NXOS 9.3(5), 9.3(6) or 9.3(7) and running VPC (VPC should be UP) will be impacted. Issue will be seen in non-VPC setup also.

Workaround

remove the "track 1 decrement 45" under VRRP then re-config it.
