Symptom
After upgrading from 16.12.4 to 17.3.2, interfaces Gi0/1/1 and Gi0/2/1 are not transmitting packets. The issue is seen on 3 seperate ISR4461 platforms. If we revert back to 16.12.4, we are not seeing the issue.
The issue is also seen on the 17.3.3 code.
Ports are on this module NIM-2GE-CU-SFP module.
Workaround
A workaround seems to be bouncing the interfaces. But the issue comes back after every reboot.
