Symptom
Prime Infrastructure may be unable to process Netflow packets coming from an ISR 4321 router running IOS-XE 03.16.02s, citing the error, "Error in clearng the transactions." These packets are not being committed to the CDB database for further processing.
Conditions
This was observed in Prime Infrastructure 3.9.
Workaround
At this time, there is no workaround.
