Symptom
Device shows it is still associated to the wireless network but unable to get to the Internet.
WLC shows client's Policy Manager State is "Run" but datapath status is IP LEARN:
show wireless client mac xxxx.xxxx.xxxx detail | i Policy Manager State
Policy Manager State: Run
show platform hardware chassis active qfp feature wireless wlclient cpp-client mac-address xxxx.xxxx.xxxx details | i Auth State
Auth State : LEARN IP

Issue usually observed after roaming
Workaround
Disable and re-enable WiFi in the affected endpoint.
