A Cisco Catalyst 9300 switch may see a crash with:
Last reload reason: Critical process fed fault on fp_0_0 (rc=139).
Further Problem Description
The exact conditions are unknown at this time but this has been observed during polling of transceiver registers. If this is suspected, the resulting system report & FED traces need to be collected.
