Symptom
FTD HA Switchover due to ndclientd errors when generating troubleshooting files.
When the TS generation is executed the following errors are seen (for snort, upgrade and/or diskstatus):
ndclientd:ndclientd [WARN] [snort] Sleep time is too long! The correct sleep time should be 500, while Timestamp right 4], the actual Time interval is 835 ms
ndclientd:ndclientd [WARN] [snort] Timed out waiting to receive response to ND Heartbeat request. ND should has been

ndclientd:ndclientd [ERROR] Message result mismatch! Got 'Error' when we expected 'Ok'.
ndclientd:ndclientd [ERROR] [snort] Registered already! Going to Heartbeat phase next.
ndclientd:ndclientd [NOTICE] [snort] Resuming Notification Daemon heartbeats.
In case the TS is generated against the HA unit that is the Active, a HA switchover will take place.

First seen on FTDv:
> Running on CSP2100/KVM
> Running release 6.6.3
> When generating a troubleshooting file from FMC against the Active unit in HA
